Teeny Pineapple Zucchini Bread Party Favors

Teeny Pineapple Zucchini Bread Party Favors

Bite-size zucchini bread made moist with crushed pineapple and plump raisins that’s perfect for party favors.

Last week I posted the recipe for this moist and sweet zucchini bread that I’ve been making for forty years! I even surprised myself when I thought about how long I’ve been baking this family favorite. Could I be that old? Well, yeah.

I got the idea for scaling it down to Big Bang Bite-size when I found these adorable little baking pans at the grocery store. They’re only a tad over three inches long. They’re called Oven-Safe Paper Bakeware by Welcome Home Brands, and come in an assortment of prints and colors. Baking this bread, or any bread you love, in these cute pans makes a great party favor. You’ll find this recipe under Breads on our blog.

I wrapped it in cellophane, tied it with satin ribbon, and embellished it with a flower. This would be sweet for a summer lunch or bridal shower. For an autumn favor, you could use raffia with fall leaves. For Christmas, you could tie on a glittered star and a sprig of pine. Let your imagination go wild!
